Hump Day Java !!!

Good morning Michigan,What happened to everyone yesterday? The board was dead....lol I'm drinking the old stand by and thinking it's going to rain the next few days. Looks like I help the wife out inside the house today. What's your plans for the rainy days ahead?

Good morning everyone.  I will be running like a race horse today.  I am off for a busy day.  All of the area General Managers will be in my store all today... thrilling..  So it will be long.  I developed a holiday plan for my Geek Squad.. Ok you guessed it.  I work in the Geek Squad.  I manage the one in Taylor.  Anyhoo.  When the head District team was in last week they were very impressed with my holiday plan so they asked me to present it to all the GM's today.  I am actually excited that they liked it so much and am happy to share it with others. 

It is an exciting day for me.  I am down 6 pounds from last week.  WOW!  My doctor was right when you eat all your calories and protein and excercise at least days a week you do lose more weight.  
It blows monkey toes that it took me this long to get it all together.  Go figure!  I wish I had listened to that 2 months ago.  I may be in Onderland by now.  Only 4 more pounds to go and I will be there but oh I want it now.

You work in Tayor I have friends that live there ....lol Glad I moved up north after I retaired from GM. You can keep that rat race....

I am already at work at the DMC, having my last sips of coffee before I go try to help people.  But my upstaris toilet overflowed at home and my kitchen ceiling is warped and needs mudding, sanding and painting, so I would much rather be home doing that.

You sound like a do it yourself kind of person I don't like to do drywall ....lol Anything else but that.. It like car body repair It would look like €€€€€€€ . Not my thing

Well, I have an appt to see Dr. Carlin today at 3:20p for my first follow up since surgery. 

My back is still killing me leading me to believe that it is NOT a UTI causing the pain, been on antibiotics for 5 days now and the pharmacist even said that it don't sound right, the pain should be going away and to make sure that my PCP or bariatric dr knows about it.  I don't know what it is, but it hurts to the point of not being able to sleep.  Which sucks.  I am trying to get all my fluids and protein in and somedays it seems impossible to do either.  Honestly I just want to curl up into a ball and sleep but this pain will not go away. 

So, today is just a day where I feel whiney, but I have that right and I am going to use it.
