Yesterday I wake up and get on the scale and it's at 200.0lbs. I could not believe it just 1 tenth of a pound away! So needless to say I tried again this morning and there it was 199.7lbs. Good enough for me, hopefully by next weekend I have a lil more breathing room away from 200lbs. but I'll take it for now.  Mike W

Congratulations Mike.  What a Onderful feeling to have.  I have 7 pounds more before I get that feeling.  I know you must be on top of the world.

I know EXACTLY how you feel - I felt it about 7:00 a.m. this morning!  It does feel good - but, like you, it'll feel better with the extra room!  Keep up the good work!  It feels good!
