TGIF Coffee Everyone !!!!

Good Morning Michigan,  Looks like the warm weather is over . I'm all set to go to the Expo in the morning. Bringing our support group leader down and hope to meet a lot of are friends there from on-line. 1:00 in front of the Saturn of southfield display.Whats your plans for the W/E? 

Getting to the dr today, my back is killing me, couldn't sleep most of the night and it isn't moving, its spreading making it worse...

Going to the expo this weekend, not sure what day.... plus it depends on my back now.

At too much yesterday AND it had too much sugar in the sauce or something. So I was laying in bed yesterday trying to get the icky feelings to go away. Was better after bout an hour, but didn't dump, so that is a bonus.

Hope that your back start to get better for you . And you will need to check that sugar in sauce a little bit more. No one likes to Dump.....lol

Chris honey, if you ate something that made you sick....in my opinion, that's a dump.  Dumping isn't always some big grand thing.  I have "mini dumps" all the time, which is what it sounds like you had.

Hope you're feeling better.  Have hubby massage that back!

Kind of a busy weekend ahead. Today is my birthday, so we will celebrate tonight at home. Tomorrow I am taking the kids to see Madagascar 2!! WOHOO!! And Sunday hopefully going to church.

Sitting here drinking my morning fat free milk... I'm going to the expo tomorrow, will likely be there in the early afternoon. On Sunday, I'm running a 5k at Hudson MIlls in Dexter. So a busy weekend for me!
