Randy, I hope you're feeling better.  My pouch is acting up today too.  Must be something in the air.

My youngest son is in the high school play tonight.  I'm so excited and nervous for him. 

You know, I've been thinking about Thanksgiving.   I think that the day after Turkey day is my absolute favorite of the year.  You get the holiday and visiting out of the way....then Friday is all yours to do whatever you want!  Even if you have stuff to do the rest of the weekend, that Friday always seems to be my one true day off all year.  I can't wait!!!  We ordered our "fresh Amish turkey" from the meat market today.   It's my first year ever to cook.....so we'll probably end up having Chinese food LOL.

Must be a bad pouch morning.  I dumped on some OJ this morning.  Don't know why, generally never bothers me.  Been sipping tea ever since. 

Got my last injection in my knee today, maybe that had something to do with it.  Be glad to get back to my normal walking routine.  looking at a treadmill for christmas.

Don't Know what it was But I feel better know. Acid build up overnight? Have you heard of that. Anyway got my lawn done and the wind picked up and ***** up my lawn... lol Hope all is fine
