Thursday Morning Coffee !!!

Good Morning Michigan. Looks like a great day for a walk outside I'm done with coffee and working on water. Getting ready to do a five mile truck down the road. Stay warm and get outside and enjoy the season. What are you doing for yourself.? Move to loss

Good Morning!

I am finishing my protein coffee drink and getting ready to go upstairs and get my water going.  Feeling pretty good today.  Not so sore from the treadmill today.  Yesterday I was feeling it for sure.  I did 45 min last night.  Since Monday I've dropped a little over 3 lbs!!!  I wonder, I'm going on 5 years post op and I'm really watching what I'm eating and exercising - I wonder how fast I can expect the weight to come off.  I don't think it will be as fast as when I had surgery.  I don't know.  Have not been this strict in a while.  I guess I'll find out.

Well, I'm still sick, but I'm at work.  It's really hard to teach without a voice.  Somehow, I have to do conferences tonight, too.  I had a bit of a voice when I got to work today, but it didn't take long for it to go away again.  So, I'm drinking my decaf green tea...all day.  It's about the only thing that soothes my throat.

One good thing about the weekend, is that I don't have to work tomorrow.  We have the day off.  And Monday and Tuesday are professional development days.  We'll be at cobo all day, both days.  So that makes next week a short school week!  Then only 2 and a 1/2 weeks until Thanksgiving Break.  TIME FLIES! 

I remember when you were talking about school starting back up and now you are anticipating Thanksgiving You are too funny!!! I bet with having the kids though you NEED and DESERVE the break!

I bet your glad to be home. Keep walking and do what you need to do for yourself... Try to rest

I am actually glad to be home, just trying to figure out how to do this sleep thing still... It will work out .....

I love my job, but who doesn't relish a break?  LOL!  I am not sorry to NOT have school on Halloween.  IT'S A CRAZY DAY AT SCHOOL! 

OH, and one of the families in our school brought in their Sugar-glider.  They are so cool!  Made me one all over again! 

My sister had 3 gliders, and she had to get rid of them.... they were ONLY awake at night (nocturnal of course) and their pee was REALLY stinky.  She couldn't tolerate it anymore, but they were nice and gentle, though they did have a habit of nipping. 

Hope you find/found something for class....

OH, I was practcial and did lots of reading about them before I decided NOT to get one.  LOL!  So, hubby reminds of it when I talk about getting one.  I can totally do without the stinky pee!  EW!
