That brings up a good question that I have wanted to ask.  I would like to know where people have purchased suppport undergarments for during the weight loss process.  My thighs, tummy, bottom wiggle when I walk and it creaps me out. It might also help me drop into the next pant size down.   My arms do too, but not sure how I could were a garment on my upper arms. 

I have picked up one at Target it is by Spanx, but it rolls and doesn't fit properly.  I don't think it is heavy enough. 

Any help would be appreciated.

You might check out Catherine's on Bay road in Saginaw. I bought one at the Catherine's in GR over the weekend. It is not a spanx brand.

I got the briefs with the long legs from Spanx at Lane Bryant.  That thing hurts so bad!!!  But it holds everything in.

I also got one at Kohl's, but I can't remember the brand name and I cut the tags out!  I got the brief and the camisole, which I wear under everything because it stops everything from moving around.  They only had a few brands, so you could go and try them out.  I also like buying them at Kohl's because you can try them on first.  I wasn't able to try the Spanx.  I do use that one occasionally, but only when beauty comes before comfort (which isn't very often!)

My secretary pointed me to something called Kymora?  is from an infomercial.  I have read they have return issues.  Maybe I will try the Lane Byant outlet in Birch Run on the way back from the weight loss expo next weekend.
