Anyone post RNY in the U.P.?

Hello fellow Michiganders!
I have not had RNY yet, hopefully in Dec.
I've found 2 other Yoopers on OH, I'm sure there are others.
Would like to pm back/forth & see how everyone liked Dr. English, his staff, & how you are doing post surg., & give me some tips & insights.
Also: If you have General Motors BC/BS, how were they to deal w, & what was your oop for the surgery?
