TGIF Coffee Everyone !!!!

  Good Morning Michigan, I'm drinking my old stand-by and getting ready to take the wife to work. We have a Dr. appt this afternoon in Alma and I need to pick here up for it.
Has anyone got the free tickets to the Weight loss Expo in Novi. there only  a few weeks left and I have not heard anything. Have you?

Mornin' y'all.
I'm at work, doing the usual.  Drinking water and having my breakfast, which is pretty good today.  Apple cinnamon rice cakes with peanut butter/greek yogurt dip. 

You know what I just thought of?  Back when "we" were MO, we didn't want people to talk about our weight.  We didn't advertise how much we weighed because your weight is not who you are.  It's just a number!  Stop judging me by how much I weigh!!!!   But after surgery, we post our weights in the signatures and on our profies and want people to notice it and make it part of our personalities.  Just a random thought for today.

What's everyone doing this weekend?  We're getting our new DVRs and internet thingie hooked up, taking youngest rotten kid for a hair cut, and raking leaves.  So fun, I know!

     I got an email this am stating the tickets were being mailed today actually.  So, should get them by monday I am assuming.

Still on liquids and its called Hell Week for a reason....

Drs appts today and that is all so far...

Got home from taking the wife to work and then took 4 bags of stuff to God helping hands. Back home and making taco's for lunch today.

We're having a productive 1/2 day Friday here at school.  Celebrating the end of the MEAPS, we are watching a movie.  Then we have Gym and art.  Then the kids go home.  My friend is bringing me lunch....veal parmesan.  YUM! 

I just opened my lunch bag to find that my 32oz water bottle leaked out.  Soaking all my tea bags that I had brought today.  My package of saltines soaked up the rest of it.  BLAH....

Glad it's Friday.  Going out of town tonight for the weekend. 

So sorry to here about your lunch good thing that it isa 1/2 a day..... Good thing you have a good friend that will bring you some food

Yeah, there was no lunch in my bag.  Just my saltines and tea bags.  I salvaged the tea bags, so at least I still got my tea.  Oh, and I had a prescription bottle in there.  Luckily, the water didn't get in the bottle.  That would've made quite the mess of my capsules. 

VEAL???????????????????????????

Yes....VEAL...baby cow....yum.  LOL!  The only way, or time, that I have veal is when I have Veal Parm from this particular restaurant.  So maybe 3 times a year.  It's very good. 

Sure it's good....but at what price?   WHAT PRICE TINA????
