Things I want to do after I have surgery...
I was thinking about things I would love to do after I have surgery and lose weight. I would love to go to that kickboxing place a couple times a week in Wyandotte that I mentioned a few weeks ago. Another thing I would love to do is learn how to belly-dance. I saw another member's after photo and she was belly-dancing in it.
What are some of the things you'd like to do?

For me it was all about activity. I started running and have run 2 5ks and am running another in a couple weeks. I am working up to a half marathon in April and a full Marathon by next October. I also strapped the skates on and started to play hockey. I would like to try other adventurous sports (i.e. skydiving, etc) but have to get to that mentally!
For me to stay motivated, I have to set goals to reach for. So that's my mentality when trying to find things I want to strive to get to.

To me it's all the little think that you that for granted, putting on your shoes without help ,To be able to wash parts of my body I was unable to wash before, seeing people look at me as a person instead of a joke. All this has happens and more. enjoy being small. never again fat
Believe me it is all worth the wait! Never in my imagination did I think in Feb at 302 pounds that in Oct I would be under 200 pounds. Keep your eye on the prize. It never hurts to lose as much as you can pre-op. It will just get you closer to your goal faster. Keep up the good work!
