Good Morning Michigan, Cold start today drinking the same old Vanilla Caramel S/F De-caff coffee .Whats in your cup this A.M. ? I'll be outside and the cold most of the day.. Racking the leaves and cleaning out flower beds. Also working on the 4-wheeler ,changing oil and plugs and repairing a dust boot on the back axle

Funny thing,I have the same thing in my cup this morning. It sure tastes good and warms the soul I have a few more toys to put away from the pool deck and add a gallon of shock to the pool for the winter.I have been putting off until tomorrow what I should have done last week!! As I look out my window the lake is steaming and everything is white.It's 23 degrees,everything looks awesome.My grandaughter thinks it snowed,I'm trying to explain to her we can't make snowmen yet.Everyone have a great day.

I have my final weigh in today... Yesterday I was at 272!! Woo Hoo!!
Going to detroit for my weigh in, having only liquids this week and will be doing laundry maybe.... not sure yet, but probably....

Your tea sounds yummy. I bought some decaf tea, I think it was
honey vanilla Cammomielle (sp)....haven't tried it yet, but it sounds
good. I had some Carmel decaf coffee, freshly ground beans, with
S/F carmel vanilla creamer.....it warmed both me and my heart!!

I too drink tea, most of the time at night. Don't work to hard...Hope your friend is nice when you meet them...
