Monday Morning Coffee !!!

Good morning Michigan, How is everyone doing? I'm feeling great this morning and on my secound cup of joe. Drinking black de-caf this a.m. I think I well run to Big Rapids to do some shopping today. Whats your plans? and how was the weekend.

I'm dragging this morning....not sure why.  I'm at work drinking water.
I've got the heat cranked up in here, so maybe that's why I'm so sluggish.  Don't you love that word?  It's the only one I can think of that uses the name of an animal (insect?).  Like you never hear anyone say "I'm feeling penguinish today."  Or "I was so lionish yesterday".   Anway, I digress.  How is everyone else this morning??

I'm feeling sloth-like today.  Probably because I just found out my iron is low and I have to start taking Iron supplements.  Fun....

I've given up on coffee for a while.  It just doesn't taste good to me right now.  So this morning, I had s/f cocoa with protein powder.  I think I'll just stick to water.  It's about the only thing that interests me right now.  I'm eating strawberries right now...yummy. 

I knew you'd come up with one!  Oh wait....SHEEPISH!!!!

Well, technically speaking then, asinine is also one.  "Of or like an ass" is one of its definitions.  LOL!!

I had a pretty good weekend. Got quite a bit done around the house and had spent some time with my kids.

Its another day and another drama.... anyhow....

I start my liquids only today, final weigh in is wednesday and surgery is Oct. 28.

Will have lots of gym usage today to get the final weight off....

I WOKE UP REALLY SICK TODAY! I HAD TO CALL THE DOCTOR AND GET SOME MEDICINE. I HAVE TO HAVE A FAST RECOVERY AS I LEAVE FOR CALIFORNIA EARLY SATURDAY MORNING. I FEEL PRETTY YUCKY SO AM HOPING THE MEDICINE WORKS REAL FAST!!! I WILL BE STAYING HOME ALL WEE****IL THE TRIP. WISH ME LUCK!!!
