Hump Day Coffee Anyone...

Morning Michigan, It Wednesday already  Time flays by when your busy. Deb had to go to Jury Duty yesterday and Thur the week off ... Big Time.  I,m drinking the old stand-by and thinking that the fence in the back 40 needs some work done to it. So out I go to tend the fence today. Whats yours plans???

Good morning all. Well been on the bike with 3 miles this morning and trying for 7 more today. Had my protien coffee this morning and going to push the water today. Still not back to work so doing things around the house. Enjoy your day.

Back to the basics today......rode the recumbent bike for 31 minutes and 4.3 miles.

Yesterday I ate some really bad stuff with lots of sugar
in them and I was in terrible pain all afternoon besides
spending quite a lot of time in the bathroom.....won't do
that again....OMG what was I thinking!

Work this morning and Hand Bell practice this evening.
Will probably go down and help with the Rummage Sale at church tomorrow morning.

I'm FREEZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Dang it Randy, take this cold weather up there where you are!

I'm at work, drinking water.  I got a new cell phone yesterday and I'm trying to sneak some time to figure out how to use it.

I'm starting to get a sore throat so I have been loading up on the Zycam and Airborne lozenges.  (They taste like donkey butt, btw).

Someone hung one of those hotel "Do Not Disturb" signs on my office door!  I was cracking up, and hoping that people will actually pay attention to the sign!!

I am at work too, have a ten hour day ahead and took a minute to enjoy some time with all of you before the craziness begins.   I will sip these last few drops of coffee with all of you before I hit the mean streets (so to speak).

Gotta love this Michigan fall weather!
