2. Do you remember free movies on T.V.? What ever happened to them?

5. What do you do to save Energy?  Do you use a renewable source?

1. What's the price of milk when you was a kid? $1.69

2. Do you remember free movies on T.V.? What ever happened to them?  Yes Every night had a movie. I think with rental places and DVD so cheap they don't put them on anymore...so do miss them.

3. Do you buy water ? Why is it more then the price of gas per Gal.? No. we us are own water and filter it

4. Do you re-cycle of so What? I try to reuse everything I can and If we can't us it. I think of what it well do to us before I deposed of it.

5. What do you do to save Energy?  Do you use a renewable source?  We heat with wood and have a well and  try to do are part to cut down on lights and water as much as we can.

I have no idea what the price of milk was when I was a kid.  I didn't buy the groceries.  LOL!

2. Do you remember free movies on T.V.? What ever happened to them? 
Do you mean non-cable type channels?  Like channels you can get with an antennae?  I don't remember because we always had cable.  So, technically none of the movies were free since you had to pay for cable. 

3. Do you buy water ? Why is it more then the price of gas per Gal.?
I buy water.  I have it delivered once a month to my house.  I get 7 five gallon jugs delivered.  They are $7 for five gallons, so that's less than the price of gas. 

4. Do you re-cycle of so What?
I recycle what the recycling places in town take.  So, that's cardboard, plastic (certain types), glass, and aluminum. 

5. What do you do to save Energy?  Do you use a renewable source?
Would love to have a wind turbine.  Hubby has been looking into it, but at this point they are too expensive.  So is solar.  Eventually, it would pay for itself, but the initial cost makes it prohibitive at this point.  Hopefully, someday, in the near future.

2) I don't remember the free movies, I wasn't home much....

3) No we don't buy water, we used to but it is to $$$........ We use the Brita system

4) We don't recycle, we used too--but If its still good and we can't use it anymore, I just give it to someone who needs it....

5) We use CFL's , filtered water, make one stop shopping--not going to town when we need it right then, turn off the lights all the time, use the dishwasher at night before bed, keep the furnace turned down at night and make it lower during the day (though its not even on yet :)  ) , when it was hot we would keep the air at 75-77 so it didn't run so much, we keep the fridge at a good capacity-not overfull, (if its overfull it takes more energy to keep it cool because the air cannot circulate).  These are just some of the things we do... :)

1.  I don't remember the price of milk, but I do know that Pepsi was .88 for a 6 pack of cans in 1974.  I also remember my mom and dad were always short on money at the end of the week so they would pu****er in the last of the milk to make it last.  They thought I didn't know, but I did :)

2.  I do remember them!  Me and my dad always watched movies together.  Hey Randy, do you remember 'Bill Kennedy at the movies' on channel 50?

3.  I am ashamed to admit that I do buy a lot of bottled water when I'm out.  I get so thirsty and don't want to drink pop!

4.  I recycle paper and plastic at work and at home.

5.  Unfortunately, I don't use renewable energy.  Try to save energy the usual ways......turning things off that aren't in use, shopping locally and buying food that doesn't have to travel far
