TGIF Coffee

It has beena while since I started a thread!!
Hope everyone has a great weekend.  I am having friends over and going to a craft show.  I work part day today and then till noon on Sat.  From being off work a month for surgery- I need the hours!

It is so cold and I wanna tell hubby to turn the heat on.  lol  We have our portable fireplace (like a heater that looks like a fireplace) and keeps the bedroom warm.  I have a electric mattress pad on the bed too so I keep it on 5000..lol

I am up early because I have been sleeping a lot- after work I am soooooo tired....hope it goes away soon.  Going to Mexico in about 3 months and I cant wait!!!!!  Gonna be a blast!

Stay warm and have a great weekend!!  I am going to get some coffee and then get in the warm shower!  My toes are ice!!

I AM DOWN 50 LBS NOW...Ya Hoo.  I weighed myself on 3 different scales this morning, running from one to the other.  (wi**** was going down faster).

Getting ready to head out to meet some OHers in Frankenmuth for the weekend.  Its only 2 hours away from me so no rush.  I was thinking of going early and shopping at Birch Run, (now that could be dangerous) but I would get some walking in. 

Have a fabulous day everyone.  And Shannon, its suppose to warm up for the weekend, I think I heard on the news that a little bird told them you were too cold so they upped the thermos stat just for you.

Morning Shannon and Michigan, The warm shower sounds like a great thing to do. I think I'll do the same. It's always warm in are home with both of us with the surgery done we keep it at 74 and we still get cold so we Hot tub it daily also. Great W/E to get outside and look at the Colors with gas prices being so low. Take a road trip....

Thought I would share a funny story about it being cold an what happened to me at work...



I used to work at THE HENRY FORD.

Well I was working as a cashier at the village entrance (this was once they had redone everything ) I had a coustmer come up to me buy his tickets an walk around to the entrance then came back an with a soild face told me that I need to up the heat in the village.. I told him sir we can not control the outside temp.. He stood the debating it with me for about 10 mins.. then walked away.. Then my manger came in to are area an Said Yea lindsay didnt we tell you we can make it hotter or coldder to suit everyones needs.. then busted out laughing.. They guy tried telling three other people to up the heat... ( HE must not have been thinking clear.. I mean come on he was outside.. being that the village is out side...lol.. Whats next..

Any way got to get off the board an go to a doc apt... wish me luck lol

Getting ready to go get some gas maybe..... gas is at $2.89, woo hoo, shower then wake up the hubby for the day :)
