Tuesday Morning Coffee !!!

Good Morning Michigan , I need my coffee this morning. I'm walking after this post going to the dinner for coffee with friends becouse my truck is in the shop getting fixed . That's is my day Truck less !!!

Good morning, Michigan!

I'm still on cloud nine after reaching my weight loss goal yesterday.  I hope my feet don't hit the ground today, lol.

The protein drink has been drunk and I'm looking forward to a six mile walk after work.  This has become my meditation time.  Love it!

Doing some monotonous stuff at work which I'm not overly fond of but it's work at least.

Congrats Jenn.....that is so awesome.....there is hope for me yet....been losing and gaining the same 2 lbs for about 3 months.....just need to get a "head" check and get it moving downward again.

Just got back from a five mile walk , The colors are realy starting to come out and the weather was a bit cold . But I did it and my body will love me for doing it. Where is everyone this morning?

I am at work! What fun! While I didnt go a 5 mile walk, I did manage to get a 20 minute walk in and I needed it! Now I just need to stay awake the rest of the day!

I WENT TO TOPS THIS MORNING AND LOSS 3\4 LB. I AM TRYING TO NOT LOSE ANYMORE AS I AM 7 POUNDS UNDER MY GOAL AT TOPS. OH WELL. RANDY AND DEB, JOHN DID GREAT TODAY. HE TRIED THE POUCH TEST TO GET BACK ON TRACK AND HE LOST 11 POUNDS THIS WEEK! CAN YOU BELEIVE IT? HE WAS SO EXCITED. HE IS IN NEW WEIGHT . ALSO, AFTER I ATE AT PONDEROSA TODAY I HAD SEVERE PAIN FOR ABOUT 45 MINUTES. SOMETHING DIDN'T GO DOWN RIGHT. I HAD TO GO HOME AND LAY FLAT IN MY EASY CHAIR AND IT SOON LET UP. I THOUGHT I WAS DYING, IT REALLY HURT! I GUESS I WILL HAVE TO REMEMBER TO TAKE MORE TIME WITH MY CHEWING!!!

So sorry to here about your trip out to eat. and Glad to here about John I know that will make him happy...
