It Friday and Good morning Michigan, I'm going Bike riding this W/E. But today I'll stay warm and drink my S/F CoCo. With That said I hope to see you on the trails in the morning.. Get outside and Move your body will love you for it. What is your plans?

I'm here!! Late but here anyway. No plans for me this W/E. I am working tomorrow and I hope to get over to the gym after so I can get started. I want to hit the treadmill and hope to get in a aerobics class.
