Hump Day Coffee Anyone...

Good Morning Michigan, It's already mid week and There is support group tonight in Big Rapids . I drinking water this morning and have to work in the yard. Deb got a new car last night and she is so happy. Got any good news to shear?

Just another day, so far.
drinking pink lemonade crystal light and hoping to get to the gym, but not sure how that will work...  I went to the dr yesterday and was referred to see an orthopedic surgeon for a problem with my elbow, but its sore to do ANYTHING with that arm and its my driving arm too.... so we'll see what the day brings....

What kind of car did Deb get?

Mornin' y'all!
We got a new vehicle last night too!  We leased a Dodge Grand Caravan to replace our Town & Country.   It's pretty cool, for a mini van.  DH is driving it and I'm jealous because it came with a year of Sirius radio.  But my drive to work is only 6 minutes so I guess it's not that big of a deal.

It's freezing in here today!  I'm debating if I should turn the heat on or not.  If I do, someone will complain and turn the air on.  That's what happened yesterday.  People in this office are crazy.

Other than that, nothing new to report.  Drinking water and just hanging out at work.  Anyone going to a cider mill?  I love going!

OH, new cars are fun.  Too bad you didn't buy a FORD, but they don't make mini-vans anymore, so I'll let you off the hook on that one.  

Cider mill?  I hadn't planned on going.  Are you suggesting something? 

Not suggesting....if I do I would plan a day and then have to cancel anyway.  That's what always seems to happen with me.

Today is my first day back to work since my surgery. It is my 3 week surgerversary. I have lost 44 pounds in 5 weeks!

I am sipping on ice water. The only thing I can handle right now.

Kelley, You are doing fantastic. WOW.  Isn't it exciting?  Hope everything is ok with your last comment being water only....

It is very exciting! I am doing okay - as far as getting in my liquids, my water has to be ice cold. Still not able to eat a lot else, but I am working on it.
