Fighting fit in Wyandotte
Hi All,
Don't know what you are all doing to exercise but I went to this place on Saturday and it was awesome. My friend decided that instead of having the bar-hopping drunken bachelorette party, she set us all up to have a kickboxing session for 90 minutes. I did the whole class for 90 minutes. I was very amazed with myself and the class was fun. I do have to say that I was very very sore after the class and still am today. Just wanted to let you all know about this place if you are interested in real kickboxing.

I think that sounds fun , to bad they don't have that up north and a place that you have to drive 45 ins away
