Doctor sent in letter of recommendation

I received a copy of my PCP's recommendation this past week.  Now the wait is on.  Will have to see what the insurance company (Cofinity) says. 

Does anyone have osteoarthritis of the knee?  I have it bad.  Tuesday my ortho gave me a cortisone shot and it felt AWESOME!  The pain seemed to be gone and I could walk with very little limp.  I think I overdid though....by Thursday my knee was sore and swollen again.  I have been icing it and using FlexAll on it.  I was hoping that resting it this weekend would help but now it is stiff too!  Will it get better?  I know they said sometimes it takes a week to take full effect.

I have most of the papers filled out for Dr. Verseman in Kazoo and will get those sent out this week some time.  Then wait for approval...set up appointments for pysch eval, nutritionist and dr.
