Monday morning coffee.

Wishing everyone a great week. Drinking my protien coffee this morning. Hope the warm weather hangs on for awhile yet. I like the cooler but not the snow. Take care.

Good Morning!  I love Mondays! 

Yesterday I told myself "I'm not going on OH.  I spend way too much time on there and I need to just quit it!".  First thing this morning, here I am LOL  I have met some great friends here and had a ton of laughs and a lot of support, so I guess there are worse things I could be transferring addictions to, right?

I'm just drinking water today.  I had two large Starbucks iced teas yesterday so I need to flush those out of my system.  Who would have ever thought that my "bad" thing to eat or drink would be unsweetened iced tea!!!

Good Morning all, W/E was way to short for Deb and I this week with the Benefit we had and all the running we did to get things back before today.... But we did it and we are so happy we did this for them .

Transferring addictions, What a great topic .... I bet we could send a week or more on that topic alone...

I think we all have done that and one way or anather with food ..

That was so great that you could help your neighbors!

I had dinner with a friend last week and she was talking about having surgery.  I told her that unless she was ready to deal with issues and not have food to comfort her then she shouldn't do it.  She's a smart girl....she said that right now, she just couldn't see herself coping with stress without eating her way out of it.  I'm glad she listened!

Thanks, But I would do that for any of my friends that need it , This is when you see your true friends from the one that use you .... I hope they grow in our love for them. I also am glad your friend  listened!

I am so tired, I cannot sleep at night lately.  Last night I woke up 230a and fell back to sleep around 545a, too bad I had to be up at 630a to get stefaney ready for school.....

so I will rest this am, gym this afternoon, stef from school then go to kevins aunts house to help her out...... plus gotta make some phone calls... what a day

crystal light for me....

plus i figured out my ff/sf chocolate pudding i have for desert, i put my chocolate 100% whey protein powder in it and you would NEVER know.... so i make sure that i get whether i remember or not....

I'm drinking some coffee, right now, but will switch to water soon.  That's about all I drink....a coffee in the AM and water the rest of the day. 

My weekend was good, but my internet was out all day Sunday.  So, you would've thought that I would have gotten lots done.  Eh, not so much.  Sundays, I do laundry, groceries, relax, and "prep" for the week.  Did laundry. Went grocery shopping and relaxed A LOT.  So, was a good day!  Saturday I spent with friends.  We pampered ourselves, went to Olive Garden for lunch and did some shopping.  Was a good day!  

It was a good day!  That garlicy chicken was really good for dinner!  And, I found two lamps for $5, you can't beat that!

I had my leftover mushrooms and a slice of pizza for dinner.  AJ then ate the rest of the pizza.  So, three meals for the price of one.  Ya know, before surgery, I would've had the mushrooms and the pizza for lunch, by myself! 

Every time I go to OG and someone orders what you ordered, I always think to myself, "That looks good.  I should get that next time!"  But I never remember.....
