Good Sunday Morning!

Hi everyone!  What are you doing today?

I'm taking my stinky old dog to Petco for some much needed grooming and I'll grocery shop while she's at the "spa".

Then it's off to work for a little while and cleaning the house.

I haven't been to the gym since last Tuesday.  I feel bad, and really need to go.  I can't believe how fast my body "forgets" how to exercise.  If I go more than 2 days without going, everything gets tired and doesn't want to work.  I have been walking the dog, but I guess that's not the same thing.  So wish me luck as I venture back to the gym. 

Hey, what's your favorite high protein snack?  I am battling snacking on slider stuff and need some good ideas for someone that doesn't really like meat.

It's dark and a little chilly this morning.  I love it!!!  Are you ready for Fall?  (I'm not going to say the "W" word yet.  We still have Fall!!!)

We are just waiting to see if Stefaney (stepdaughter) will in fact be with us for 2 weeks.  Ebay stuff is ending today and I MUST go to the gym sometime today.  I agree with you on the forgetting part... mybody is like "what the hell are you expecting of me now?

For a high protein snack, I just have a shake, I am still pre-op and make one whenever I feel hungry....sometimes it helps other times not so much.  Hope you find one you like though :)

It was so hot in the apt last night we had to turn the air back on, wont leave the windows open because the neighbors can be loud when they come home at 3 in the morning.... 

I think today is the first day of fall isn't it? I think that fall and spring are the best....  We are cooking out with a couple in our complex later this evening, gotta get stuff for that and we are good.....

Afternoon!
Today is finish up laundry and pick up the house day.  I get to return to work tomorrow and am so happy!!  I was so bored sitting home all day...ack

PS Brenda- how do you groom a lab?  Just like a bath and nails trimmed?  You should try those places that you can bathe your dog yourself- they give you all the supplies etc..its fun!

There is a place like that in Canton, but it's like $23 for just the bath!.  With my Petco coupons it's only $25 to have them do it with teeth cleaning and nails and everything.  We found out today that Kelly's rabies shot expired in July.  I guess we'll have to take her to the vet this week and get updated. 

23 for a bath?  Dang!!  Here it is 11...and vet does nails which is 10..... my lab wont let me touch her feet to try and trim nails but take her to vet and she just lays there all calm..lol  She turns into Cujo when I get the nail clipper out.  Oh well...lol

I'll let the girl at Petco do it.  It was $26 today with shampoo, tooth cleaning, nail clipping, "perfume" and a cute little bandana.  Best of all, Kelly isn't mad at me for doing it!  We went on a really long walk today and she was so cute....kept stopping and looking back to make sure I was still with her.  I guess she didn't figure that if the leash was  being held that I was still back there LOL

Hey, Brenda!  Good Sunday...evening.  I have spent the day in the black hole.  I was chatting with my sister last night on Yahoo around midnight and my internet went out....EGADS!  It didn't come back on until 8:30 PM SUNDAY NIGHT!  ARGHHHHHHHHHHH! (after 3 calls to the tech!)

Hubby and I actually had to....gulp....speak to each other.  We couldn't just IM each other like we normally do!    We aren't THAT bad....just part of the time.
