community blue ppo insurance ---nurse practitioner

ANother question--for the 6 month diet documentation, I have only see the nurse practitioner in the past but she is overseen by the Dr.  Will that work?    Thanks, Terry

Every insurance company... in fact, every policy within the same insurance company ... is different.  There's no way for us to know what your insurance requires.  The best thing to do is simply call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask for the details.
