TGIF Coffee !!!

Good Morning Michigan, Drinking the old black coffee and thinking I need to start putting summer thing in storage to next year. Hunting season is just around the corner and I love to eat venison....Have a great day and a safe W/E ... What your plans?

Just here, having an atkins shake and gotta go to the drs, can't hardly swallow anything, (still-pre-op so its just a bug maybe who knows)

Going to the gym and hoping to feel better by the end of the day....

I am having peppermint tea this morning.  Belly can't handle much today.  Not sure if I am going to get much protien in or not. 

We have a family reunion and going to see the hot air balloons in Midland on Saturday.  Hoping to do something special for my birthday on Sunday, but we will see.  Can't push myself too much this weekend. 

I am back to work today after being off for a couple of days, but really think I should have taken today off too.  I don't think they are going to get alot of work out of me today.

I WALKED IN THE CANCER DRIVE IN BIG RAPIDS TODAY, IN THE POURING RAIN. I REALLY GOT MY EXERCISE. I WALKED THE TOTAL OF 11 MILES! I WAS SOAKED TO THE BONE. I WISH THE WEATHER WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER SO MORE PEOPLE WOULD HAVE TURNED OUT. IT IS A GREAT CAUSE TO WORK FOR. I AM SORE TONIGHT SO JUST GOT OUT OF A BUBBLE BATH. I WILL FEEL BETTER NOW!
