Is there anyway to get rid of the gas after it sneeks into my body. I seem to get it everytime I have a SF popsicle. I think its going down too fast. But with it being a popsicle, I don't know how to control the thing. How do I eat it slower without it melting and falling to the ground?? Also, is frozen yougurt okay to have?

I would hold off on frozen yogurt till you are on full liquids the SF/FF only.

Gas - only two ways out. You choose.

Try walking and moving it around. I hope your family has a sense of humor and dulled senses of smell.

It gets better.

Hey S~

I'm not so sure you need to worry about eating the popcicle too fast.  Check your ingredients...it might be sugar alcohol?  Sometimes that can give you gas.  It might just be coincidence too.  The gas is probably going to happen anyway so just let it go.  Hopefully the kids and BF will think it's funny

When your doc clears you for yogurt you can mix some up and freeze it in dixie cups and try that.  Sometimes the frozen stuff that you get in the ice cream section has sugar alcohol as well.  I don't dump or get really sick from much, but the sugar free frozen yogurt in the carton really makes me sick.  Dannon Light and Fit is not sweetened with sugar.  Meijer sells the little cups and I made yogurt pops.  (This is how we used to make popcicles when I was a kid!)  I opened the lid and then covered it with Glad Press 'n Seal.  Then I stuck a popcicle stick in through the middle and froze it.  After a few hours it pops out.  I don't think I finished a whole one for a little while, but you can eat some and go back to it later that day.  You can also do the same thing with your sf pudding.  Mix some up with a scoop of protein powder and freeze it into a pudding pop.

I can't do sugar alcohols.  They give me gas and running for the bathroom.
