Plastics and insurance ?'s

I was wondering if any of you know if tummy tucks or any breast surgeries are covered by medicare or medicaid.  I have them both, but I am also getting DMC care when I start working at DMC.  At that time I will lose the medicaid I'm sure.  If you know if the medicare or medicaid pay for these things, who are the surgeons that take them?
