Tuesday morning, and its early

Well, I guess its early to me.... I was up at 4 and am just wide awake.... that stinks, can't go back to sleep because I have appts this am and its to much to get just another hour of sleep, sometimes it makes me feel worse.

Anyhow,
Going to the gym today working out for like 30-45 min, then bike riding (at the gym), then heading to Staples, they have several Free items for back to school, folders, erasers and pencil sharpeners. Plus a couple of simple things that are cheap like a 3 hole punch for .25c.   And I need one....

Drinking crystal light today and my protein drinks.  I need to mail some eBay packages and then pick up around the house.....

And that is my day in a nutshell....

Hey Christina, Good Morning, I'm at work, being defiant again. I have been on this site for 45 minutes now and have gotten nothing done.  Anyway, I am starting this morning with water and vitamins. I will have a HMR 800 shake at about 10am and again at 2 pm, I am not sure what will be going on for me at noon I am rocking this diet, losing lbs by the second lol...Anyway, I'll return later this evening, I gotta go see about the final sleep apnea results.. Anyone here have sleep apnea?? How does it effect surgery??

Good Morning from the cold UP,it's 37 degrees this morning,The view of the lake is awesome,I can hear the loons but can't see them.I 'm drinking my 1st cup of coffee enjoying the peace and quiet,no grandkids YET! I have my 8 month old grandson coming later,mom and dad have a funeral so grandma offered,what was I thinking?LOL.I just got back from a week in Indiana with three of my grandaughters,ages 21,17 and 4..I hope they will have the same special memories  of me that my children have of my mother.My youngest daughter never got to meet her grandmother whom she is named after.The other four have their own special memories of her but they all remember the broom,it was a game she played with them.They only got to see her twice a year because at thet time I lived in another state.Sorry Im taking this out on you guys LOL there is no one here to talk to,HAVE A GREAT DAY!

It's after 8:30 and that's still early for me.....never was much of a morning person.

My boss is off today so I'm gonna parttt.....I mean, work even harder to get things done.  Yep, that's what I meant.

Already had my low sugar oatmeal and some water.....wishing someone in the office would take a hint and go get me some iced tea. 

Sending out prayers for friends having surgery today and those that have just had it. 

Morning all

Been a busy day and it is only 9 a.m. 

I was laying in bed listening to the morning news snuggling with my 5 year old, and the phone rings - yep 6:30 am and the phone is ringing.  Of course my heart skips a beat.  It was my DH, who ran out of gas on his way to work this morning.  I had to go get him, get gas, take him back.  The moronic thing is, he works at a truck stop. 

So needless to say, it puts me behind schedule 45 minutes.  Since I am working on back to school schedule for my son, he was up and rolling and driving me nuts wanting my attention. 

I was on my way out the door, grabbed by tote that has my crap I carry to work, my snacks, lunch, my mail to go through on lunch, some magazines etc, and the strap broke dumping everything all over my kitchen floor.   White bean chicken chili and cherry yogart spilled together on the floor is not  appetizing, especially at 8 a.m.  Clean it up and get to work 10 minutes late.   

Ok, I am done complaining and the rest of the day is going to be great!!

Don't you hate those mornings?  It seems I always spill and/or break stuff just when I'm running late.  Usually it's make up or a whole bottle of mouthwash or something like that.

Well, it's not morning and my coffee was long gone this AM.  I had another day of professional development....meetings.  Home now.  Eating salad and chicken for dinner.  Doing some school work, then off to bed....fun stuff.

How are you doing?  I've been on the VSG board so I haven't seen you around.  How are things way over in Chelsea? Dexter is getting crazy with school starting and sports too.  Take care
