Calling all cooks!.............

Does anyone have any recipes for baked fish that they would share with me? Also looking for breakfast idea's besides protein shakes and eggs. Thanks ! Jenny R.
I bake Talapia wraped in foil with lemon pepper seasoning and lemon juice. add a little water on the outside of the foil to lock in the juices and kinda steam the fish. Bake for 25 minutes on 350 deg. Tip.... you can also put in your veggie to have it all done together. I haven't had surgery yet, so I don't know what veggie would go well with it. I love green beans, or spinach.
I wish I had great ideas for fish. No matter what I try, it never turns out. Wish I had a grill to try it on for a smoky flavor. Oh well...

My pouch doesn' t like solid food first thing in the morning, so I always start (7:30am) with protein shake or protein ice cream (this morning I had some lemon sorbet protein ice cream). Then around 10am I'll eat something else at my desk at work which I callmy "breakfast."
Breakfast for me is usually Carb Master Yogurt (Kroger brand) with a handful of granola or Fiber One mixed it. 12g protein and only 3g carb in the yogurt. Yum! I've also been doing grapes and a cheesestick lately for breakfast or a protein bar. I never could deal with eggs.

Fish...We like salmon in our house. I would marinate in lemon/pepper seasoning and wrap in foil with lemon on top add a little milk to keep juicy and can either grill or bake in oven. Very tasty.
Stand by is fried....but I cannot tolerate..can try to fry in Pam...but probably will not be the same.

MMPC recommended Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal for breakfast.....I eat it almost every day with a tbsp of the new powdered PB2 mixed in. It comes in Cinnamon, Banana Bread, and Maple & Brown Sugar flavors. Made with l cup of FF milk it has 250 calories and 15 gm. of protein. It has helped bring my cholestrol down to 133.
and It stays with me all morning.
