Anyone from Kalamazoo/Dr. Sabor?

I would like to connect with anyone from this area who has had or is having surgery in this area.  Anyone out there who could help?

Hello Julie,
There are support groups in the area at both hospitals. I go to the Borgess group and it is really good.
I would also love to connect with you! I've been banded, but I know of fellow RNY-ers, too.

Hi Julie,

although i havent had the surgery yet i attended my first
support group meeting over to borgess last saturday morning
it was a lot of fun and i got a lot of info that will help me along the way too
would love to connect with you and others from the kalamazoo area as well

Come to the support group meetings at Bronson....We meet in the basement of the Gilmore Center.   If you go online to Bronsonhealth.com, you can find the meeting times info.   Are you a nurse? Where do ya work?  I work at Bronson in the ER as a PCA.  Add me as a friend if you want:)  I"ll chat with ya!  I am about 4 months out, and had Dr. Verseman.  I'm down 74 lbs so far:)  WOOO HOOOO!

There is also an OH/MMPC Support group that meets at the Gilmore Center across the street from Bronson's ER on the second Monday of the month at 7 p.m.
