I'm so mad!! (sry - long)
I just am amazed that they check you in, have you fill out paperwork, put you in a exam room and just leave you there for an hour without knowing that you had been rescheduled. I would be the one to print this entire blog and find someone to complain to. And who cares what they think about anger management. Can you just leave a message and tell them when you are going to be there? NO so who are they to just think a last minute message is good enough?
I know, right!? I'm not so angry anymore, but more in disbelief that a world-renown organization runs this way. I'm going to keep the Sept 5 appt (unless they reschedule that on me!) and try and feel out the coordinator and NUT. If it's just an admin problem, that's one thing (I'll try to work around that person), but if it's truely a problem throughout the program, I'll have to rethink...
Hey - good luck on Thurs - I'm sure all will go wonderfully!

This is my first post on this site. I live north of Traverse City and I had my Lap Band surgery done June 6th 08. I was suppose to have my surgery done in May but somehow I had to repeat all of the tests. It is frustrating when you are so anxious to get going. I was suppose to go to an initial meeting at the hospital. When I switched planners, the days were in a different spot so I missed the meeting by one day. I had everything filled out but they would not let me turn in the paperwork or even watch the vidio and it was hospital proceedure. That delayed my surgery from March to June. I am not complaining as this surgery is what I really needed. I looked at the photo's of me at my vow renewal last September and I don't even recognize that woman. I want to be slim and healthy next year. Hang in there as this will be the road to a healthy life style.
