4 months out today!
Today is four months out for me and I feel great. To date I have lost a total of 74lbs. and I am off of all my meds. I try to work out at least 3 days a week, I'm an autoworker so we already get lots of walking in. I am kinda frustrated because I haven't had any real weight loss in the past 2 weeks but I know that's the way it goes. I have went from a XXL or 3XL down to an XL and pants from a very tight 40 inch waist to a very comfortable 36. Best of all my parents are coming to vist in 3 weeks and they haven't seen me in over a year, should be quite a shock for them.
Mike

WTG Mike!!!!! Keep up the good work... I am sure your parents will be shocked.... I know my family was every time they saw me and they got to see me just about monthly after my surgery... but the changes are so quick and so dramatic... Great job.....

Keep up the work Mike! One of the best things is seeing people after 2 or 3 months and seeing their reaction. I've got a meeting coming up with somebody who hasn't seen me since pre-op, she's going to be absolutely floored!!
You're right about the weight loss, when you get a stall do a quick check on your eating. As we get farther post-op we start eating more. If your eating/exercise is the same then keep on going, the body just needs to catch up.
