BAY CITY Support Group - -Wednesday, Aug 13

Hi all -

Just a reminder that we'll be meeting this Wednesday (Aug 13th) at 6:30 p.m. at Kristy's house.  PM me for the address or directions.

We'll be discussing a great topic this month:  "Understanding Your Metobolism and Oxidation to Break the Dreaded Plateau"  -- come prepared to learn a ton!  We might even need to break this discussion into a 2-month talk.  I received some great material from a fellow post-op at my Flint support group and can't wait to share with you what I've learned.
