ANYONE GET A TUMMY TUCK??

Who was your doctor? How much did it cost? I am investigating for my brother in law. My sister in law is over a year out and he would like to surprise her with one.

I had a tummy tuck, my insurance paid for it, so before your BIL pays cash, he should check out his insurance policy.   Dr. Daniela Rodriguez did mine.  Good Luck.   Carol

My RNY surgeon , Dr. Schuhknecht, did my plastics. It was free  because of good insurance.

Dr. DiNick just did my Tummy Tuck on June 30th. My insurance covered it.

Hi Maryann,

I am getting close to my 18 mo mark and I am starting to look into plastics.  How did you go about getting your insurance to cover your TT?  I am not having any skin issues such as rashes. But, I am having a lot a back pain and I feel that it is due to the sagging breasts and stomach pulling everything down and forward. Also, I have heard wonderful things about Dr. DiNick.  I live in Northern Michigan is he worth driving 250 miles for?  Thanks.

My insurance company told me before I ever had my WLS that if I lost 100lbs during the first year, they'd pay for my tummy tuck. I lost 127lbs during that time period.

I had a tummy tuck (and facelift) in March.  My surgeon was Bruce Chau who is in Southfield.(248) 799-2880,  I LOVED him, I think he did a great job.  My TT was covered by insurance but the facelift was out of my pocket and was worth every stinkin' penny, LOL.
