Through Medical Clearance

Well, I seen Dr. Carlin last week, had medical clearance visit today and she said all is good to go.... The only thing we wait on now is the insurance paperwork to go through, but I also have another appt to see dr carlin on Aug. 22nd... woo hoo!

Moving forward sure is fun :)  And losing is too... went from 291 last wed. to 289 today   Not much but its something!

Ok I have a question, i got medically approved so after I go see the surgeon, do I have to go through another approval again?

henry ford has you get "approved" by the surgeon, like "you are a good candidate". But they make you see a different dr that asks lots of questions and tells you if you are cleared for surgery or if you are a high risk. I was approved by my pcp but until I was approved by this last dr it sort of didn't matter. I know see dr carlin aug 22nd and since I was cleared now I COULD be given a date, that is what dr carlin said...
