I'm almost 4 years post op and can still lose, so i know you can.     stay away from the junk and load up on water, protein  and exercise.    stick to sf snacks like popsicles, sf candy isn't good for you.    Good luck

Go back to basics...are you taking your vitamins? Drinking your water? Getting in your protein. Track every morsel for a couple of days...ck those calories...are you grazing?? GET IN YOUR FITNESS....make that new body lean and strong.

I am starting a new support group here in the metro area...COME......get the support you need!!

You can do this!

I am very sorry to hear about your loss. I couldn't imagine what you were going through at that time.

To lose now you have to eat like you did at the start. Spread your meals out all day in light amounts. Chew and eat slow. Lots of water, walk and Protein.
Remember as you up the protein and cut the carbs and fat your bowel movements will become harder and less frequesnt if you don't wrink enough water so it's a good idea to use a stool softener at the onset of a problem. Bu****er is the best bet.

Godd luck with this.
