Hi everyone!

What a great Monday, huh?  I've gotten the oatmeal out of the way and now starting on water.

What's everyone up to today?  I am going to work, hitting the gym, and vegging out tonight to watch the Design Star finale on TiVo (don't tell me who wins!!!).  So yeah, my day is full of monumental activity.

What are you doing?

When you reply to this post, why don't you add one thing that has changed in your life since you made the decision to permanently lose weight (this goes for everyone, surgery or not!)

My one thing is...... I am considering renting a paddle boat while I'm on vacation.  I might not do it, but the fact that it even crossed my mind is a HUGE deal.  I never would have done that before.

Good Monday Ms Brenda and fellow MI'ers!

So far Monday is off to a slow start, and I for one am GLAD for that!!!  I'm still sipping my non-fat latte, I love my Tassimo!!!

Let's see today I have a hot date with a cup of Starbucks and a girlfriend this AM (ohhh yhea!), then I need to write a presentation to give at my 2nd interview Wednesday , making fajitas for dinner and that my dears is about it.

Gosh one thing that has changed.. how do you narrow it down to one... humm obviously my self confidence is HUGE now! (Which is terrifying since it was never that small to begin with! lol) I'm still not where I'd like to be with my confidence but I'm no longer held back thinking people will judge/ prejudge me solely on my size.

Make it a GREAT one!

Good Morning Everyone,

Love the tread name this morning.

Got my protien coffee in, 16 oz of crystal lite fruit punch almost gone, herb tea steaping for iced tea in a while.

Its a wierd work week for me.  I work today and tomorrow, have Wednesay and Thursday off, and work Friday.  We are having new windows put in our house on Thursday.   I think I should have taken Friday off too, but I might need a break and go back to work for a day.  I can always finish putting things back in place this weekend.

One thing that has changed in my life, is my energy level.  I can walk 2 miles in about 25 minutes, and not be winded or tired.  My 4 year old no longer wears me out.  That is good for both of us.

Have a beautiful day Michigan, get out and enjoy.

Pam

Good morning...

Drinking my daily orange protein drink and slacking at work today. I just haven't had any focus for the past couple weeks. I need to get off my butt and get it into gear!

After work this evening, I'm taking my toddler to the park and will let her play for a while then push her in the stroller for me to get some exercise.

One thing that has changed for me was that I finally made the decision to get out of the relationship I was in. I had been miserable for a couple years and had thought about doing it, but always thought it would be too hard. When he was so unsupportive of my WLS, I knew it was time. He obviously wanted me to remain miserable and stuck in a crappy relationship, and I had enough. It wasn't easy, but I know that I did the right thing and am thankful that I was strong enough to finally do it.

So... deciding to change my life for good meant some really big changes all across the board.

Well, its a slow start to the day... But we are shipping some eBay packages today and drinking lots of crystal light.  I am drooling for the french toast my husband is making for him and my step daughter, but not for me :(  its all good...

The one thing that changed in my life is the fact that I am always thinking of how great things will be once I finally have the surgery.  I will be able to go back to work probably, I will fit in chairs better, feel better about myself, go on rides and slides that I am afraid to go on, and to take a bath comfortably.  So... just thinking of how I will be is what changed me...

Good evening all!  I worked till 430, then came home and made dinner and am vegging.  I take my dog for a walk about 8pm.
One thing that has changed is my confidence- I can do and say things I have never been able to before.
When is GNO???
