Oatmeal tastes good when your free
As some of you know I am going through some major stuff right now. I found out my husband had been hitting my daughter and I had to leave for a week and I kicked him out and filled for divorce. He left me with little money at the time but life is getting better I am making more money at work and getting things the way they should be. But what gets me is the calming effect that I still have over me. and I am only having one problem there are days where the food is going through me like it went in...anyone ever have this trouble during stressful times. I am doing 2-3 protein shakes a day to make up for the food troubles. I do think it is better now than what it was. But if anyone has some more advice I am game to try. Friend of the court is sched. their meeting on the 13th and I think husband is going to fight for sole cust. But I am ready for the fight. SO please if anyone has any advice please let me know thanks in advance..
Sorry about your troubles, but glad to hear things are starting to brighten up for you.
Are you using milk to make your protein shakes??? You may have developed a lactose intolerance, but I'm guessing it's just stress from all that's going on in your life.
Try to eat some softer foods for a few days, such as cottage cheese, s/f puddings with extra protein mixed in,
and broth type soups....if you can have a few carbs, I would also suggest about 5 saltine crackers.....that's only 60 calories and they help settle the stomach.
Good luck with the custody battle.....You should have no problems with that especially since your daughter was abused by him.
