I'm speaking at the OH seminar here in Phoenix in September.  I'm going to be talking about the importance of support groups - if there's not one close, start one and if there's one close, join it and go to meetings.

I'm scared to death to be getting up in front of the crowd of people there but I'm sure my group out here will be cheering me on and I'll be pretending it's just them and we're at our normal meeting.
