OT Tropical fish

Any fish experts please throw some advice.
I have an established tank. It's 8 years old. Most of the fish expired because of age. I have two left. A silver dollar who is about 7 years old and catfish about 6. The cat has a white spots and the silver dollar has a covering on her eyes. I have treated with maracyn and ich treatements removing water and the carbon filter each time. But it is still there. The cat scrapes himself on the bottom. Both are eating.
I don't want them to suffer but I don't want to freeze them if I don't have to.
I was going to let them die naturally and then go sal****er.

Any ideas?

I have no ideas....but i did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night......

And  I am about to Roux En De Doo Doo on 9/29!!!  I was cruisin and saw you here and had to LOL at Roux En Dee Doo Doo again.

I think of all the funny things i have ever read on these here boards....

ROUX EN DEE DOO DOO is by far the greatest of all time......

I wanted to get a sleeve gastrectomy and have been "****" down by the BCBS *******s....argggghhh

So I am in final appeal with the state of Massachusetts and in the mean time scheduled me up some Roux En Dee Doo Doo for 9/29 just in case I have not been the persuader I think I am....LOL

I am ready for some shuffling.....wahoo bring on the weight loss....Giddey Upppp

Sounds like ich to me, and if the tank is clean, all you can do is wait another day or two for improvement.  Some cats benefit from a touch of Epsom salts in the water but I can't remember if that is allowed for that silver dollar.  They are both way over their life expectancy, but you knew that.

B****he Plymouth Community Band did a 100th birthday of Leroy Anderson show the other night.  The sand block trio got much more applause than the trumpeters.  Go figure.  No Sleigh Ride or Typewriter, though.

Sand block is higher on the union scale.
