having water today, lots of it.... Going to Niagra falls :) with Kevin and my sister and her husband...

Hi all,
I'm at work, ready for a vacation!  Having a hard time getting motivated today.  I have been watching everything I eat and really working out and I gained another 2 lbs. in the past week.  *Sigh*

Alright, enough with the Debbie Downer.....back to work for me.  Hope you all have a wonderful day!

Nothing is sitting well for me today.  Coffee, water, lemonade, limeade.  Going to try some milk.  Lunch is not sitting well either. 

I want to be back on vacation.
