Maria,

My only regret with this surgery is that I didn't get active sooner in my journey.  When I was nearly 400 pound, I just couldn't imagine physically doing what I'm doing now.  Life is good.

Jenn, you look totally awesome and walking 7.8 miles, what a great accomplishment. I exercise every day but am just getting started walking outside. I have had both knees replaced plus my R hip, so walking has been a real problem. Even now I use a rolater so I have something

to hang on to but I can step along pretty quickly and the longest I've walked is 3/4 of a mile.. I've

not lost as fast as others, but I am 69 1/2 yrs old and I don't know if that makes a difference or not. Still I feel

terrific and have loads of energy. My anniversary date is coming up soon and I am hoping to be in the 90 lbs. plus

by then......I'll get to my goal, it just may take me a couple years!!!

God Bless you sweet lady, and God Bless our wonderful

surgeon, Dr. Kemmeter, who has given us our life back!!!

Have a great day!

Pat

Pat,

You have no idea what an inspiration you are to all of us.  You have such a positive attitude and that will get you far.

Congratulations on exercising.  That is amazing!!
