Morning all,
Protien coffee, I use Any Whey non flavored. I have a shaker cup from GNC and I mix my protien with milk and then add to my coffee. I have never had a problem with it being lumpy or cement like at the bottom. It is like it is not even there. I also use Muscle Milk lite when I want a mocha, it doesn't mix as well and has some sludge at the bottom, but not bad if you drink it quickly.
My other morning favorite to get my protien is Designer Whey, they make an orange Mango and Pomegranate Fruit that mix with water, and are not really overwhelmingly sweet.
If I don't start my day out with about 20 grams of protien, I don't seem to be able to get it in.

Ok, the trick with adding protein powder to coffee is this: Make sure it isnt too hot. If too hot will clump big time and looks nasty. I add half and half and it works perfectly.
I am in Mt Pleasant today helping Stac move and pack. Gonna be a long day, but nice getting away.
I miss my doggie...oh and hubby too.

I dont measure the half and half-just add enough to make the coffee a lighter brown. I use 1 scoop of anywhey flavorless to mine. Can't even tell it is in there. Oh a nd dont reheat your coffee in microwave with protein powder in it. Turns into cement and looks nasty! It also explodes all overmicrowave....good times
