I didn't have my WLS at Barix, but I did have my PS there wedesday.  I must say the staff was amazing!  I was very pleased with my care from step one to checking out yesterday.  I wouild highly recomend Barix! Hope that helps some! Erin *home recovering*

Nu uh, You are not.  I am over a year out and someone used 'GAP' on the board.  gap?  huh?

GAP = Gastrically Altered Person

had No Idea....

My sister is two years out, my Mom is 8 months out and I'm 3 months out. We all had surgery at Barix with Dr Schram and have nothing but positive things to say.

Are people who didn't have surgery at Barix allowed to attend the support groups?  Will they do lap band fills/followup for other surgeons' patients? I am impressed by all of your raves for Barix, and it is very close to me.

Yes, you can go to the support group even if you didn't have your surgery there. The Ypsilanti support group meets next Saturday at 10 am.

 

I can't answer the other part of your question, but it might not hurt to call and ask them.
