MMPC'ERS VITAMIN QUESTION

HI- jUST WONDERING IF ANYONE OUT THERE IS USING THE BUILDING BLOCK MULTIPLE VITAMIN INSTEAD OF THE PREMIER PRENATAL PRESCRIPTIN VITAMIN? (THE TWO CHOICES RECOMMENDED BY MMPC) I JUST CAN'T CHOKE DOWN THE PREMIER PENATAL VITAMIN.I NEED CHEWABLES. MY QUESTION IS- WHERE ARE YOU BUYING THEM FROM? I IMAGINE MMPC SELLS THEM- BUT WOULD IT BE CHEAPER ELSEWHERE? WHAT DOES MMPC CHARGE FOR THE CHEWABLE BB MULTI VIT AND BB IRON TAB?   i CAN CALL MMPC MONDAY- BUT JUST WONDERING THIS WEEKEND.  THANKS!    JENNY

I buy One Source from Walmart and my blood work is just great.  No problems with iron or anything.  It has the same amount as the stuff MMPC prescribed but costs me a whole lot less.

I use Optisource chewables with no real problems....I think you can buy them from any walgreens or they will order them for you...I pay 26.99 per month...hope that helps...been using them for 2 years now. Maria

Hi  I cannot find a chewable i can stand.  they all taste like seaweed or iron.  I take two solotran a day.  Seems to be working so far.  I get it at GNC

im still taking the flintstone multivitiam chewables w/ iron :)... ya know..the kiddie ones :) lol..i think those are ok for us VSG'ers... kat
