I agree 100%.  Wasting the money on a might or maybe isn't worth it.  I will also use your suggestion about the timer.  I have a kitchen one and used it when we frist brought DS home to remind me about meds. Thanks!

Wow Pam thanks for the breakdown on the protein bullets. I feel a bit dumb now. (after recently buying 4 of them.)  I'll use them up and hope to get some usable protein out of them- but Gee what an eyeopener. Thanks! Jenny

Warren Nutrition carries AnyWhey, they're all over the place in the GR area; I go to the one on Leonard and Alpine. That's the unflavored stuff you can mix in baked goods too. You can also find it at bariatriceating.com. I like AchievOne Lattes for my protein drinks ... but that's for a little later when you can add caffeine back in. It actually has coffee in it. They're yummy. They have 20g of protein, 120 calories and are very low in carbs for 12 oz. I have them for breakfast every morning. Get them at Warren Nutrition also.  Gwen, you are doing so well for so short a time out of surgery. good for you!
