Before and After Pictures

Well I finally got some of my before/after pictures on-line.  It's been rare that I've said "wow" during this journey -- seeing the before pictures seems like a world ago! Now if I can only figure out how to change the picture for my avatar as the first one I uploaded distorted greatly and now no matter what I upload it reverts back to the original picture???? --Sax

I would use photobucket and resize it, they give choices now of how large or small you want it.

yeah, well I fart in your general direction, lol!!  You should see how great I feel!! Best part of this journey -- ran 3 1/2 miles today and biked about 17.  Couldn't think of that a year ago
