Congratulations, Pam, on your accomplishments in the last year. You must feel so proud of yourself. Just keep working the program and you'll get to the healthiest you, you can be. It took me two years to lose all of my weight, with being committed to the outcome. I personally don't believe in the magic "window of opportunity" to lose. After the first six months, it's just a matter of perserverance and keeping an eye on the prize. There will always be obstacles, because, doggone it, life just gets in the way, but you can do it. And, in the end, it is so sweet and all worthwhile. Debra M.
