Theresa, you were one of the first people to welcome me on this board before I had my surgery 4 years ago. Many times you were MY inspiration to be successful. You are gifted, and you can beat this battle. If there is anything I can do to help, it would be my honor. Set small, achievable goals. I have been doing marathons for the last 2 years, but I did not start out with a marathon. This year's bike marathon started out that I was enjoying my bike a couple of years ago. Last year, I started riding more, working up to a 60 mile ride. This got me motivated to do a 300 mile ride this year. Start out with an activity that you enjoy doing a little, and set achievable goals. Let me know what I can do to help. Carol
There's my soul sista!!! How are you? Me, doing the same ol' thing. Very busy with work. Busy with my girls right now too. My older daughter will be graduating from grade 8 and getting ready for high school this fall!!
I can't believe I have a daughter that old!! I'm not old enough to have a daughter that old!!! Can you tell I am in denial??? I need to jump on that band wagon with you!

I too am an oldie from way back- in fact, I think we have conversed prior to your having your sclero-procedures done... Glad to see you are back with us ad I can always us the support.
I exercise, I am about 30-35 pounds larger than I would like to be, still have some health issues that probably wont ever get resolved but, I guess we just have to be happy with what we have sometimes. So lets figure out some way to motivate each other and get our old bodies back how they were when we were "crazy young Fools" (although, I am still crazy"

Glad to see you back Theresa I can relate I have put 20 pounds back on over the winter since I have changed jobes and now work nights I am more into sleeping then exercising. I totally relate as a oldie we need to support each other when the times are going good and when the times are going bad, I am just as guilty of snacking on the wrong foods and not getting in the protein and water. I am glad to see you back. We can loose this weight together.

YIPPEEEEE! I am not alone here. I will be 6 years out this Nov. I have gained back about 45, 40 45, 35, oh heck it comes and goes. I stay around 160. I was way to thin at my lowest of 118 and thought I should put back on a few pounds, well guess what I sure as heck did and them some. So now I am trying to get this ship back on course and lose a few. I will be yelling out for ya'lls support as I will also be willing to help any one else. Chin up, straighten clothes...let's roll. We can do this................
