When you posted I was just rolling over to get another hour of sleep, now at work sipping on regular coffee and splenda.  Good Morning All! 

Good Morning have a breakfast sandwich and tea this morning, iced. I don't like hot drinks. Getting started at work, hoping for another productive day as was yesterday.

Been at my desk since 6:30 this AM.  I've been getting up an hour earlier so I can ride with hubby and TRY to save a little $$ on gas.  So, it gets me here early.  Tomorrow is the last day of school!!!!! So, I don't mind getting up a little early, for now.  I'm about 1/2 way through a Dunkin' Donuts coffee.  Had my SB at home.  Needed a little extra boost this AM. Have a great day! Tina

Randy.....you make me jealous every morning.  I wish I had your work ethic. I am drinking water, trying to decide what to have for breakfast.  You know what I'm missing today......summery frozen drinks.  LIke slurpees and those new taco bell frozen things.  I guess when you're 320 lbs. you don't think about how much sugar is in them.  But I miss those more than food!  Maybe it's just because of the weather. I made my own slurpee, use sf kool-aid or crystal light and toss in some fresh fruit favs fill with ice and blend. Yummy!!!!

Here's a Good one to make ya think :  Food colorants carmine and cochineal are made from ground bugs.  (ewe) Well, my parents are coming down today from Saginaw, (woo hoo!) AND my step-daughter spent the night last night.  Not a big deal I know but I think she is testing the waters to see what it would be like if she lived here and we drove her to school everyday.  (here's hoping :)  )   Gotta go get a new digital cable box, (getting the HD one), gotta run some errands....  Have a good day guys

Hi Randy! I forgot to turn my coffee pot on while getting ready this morning - so I couldn't make my coffee protein drink!!!    So I'm drinking the coffee at the hospital, it's just not the same.    Today is my Friday, I have tomorrow off.  The plan is to take my nice raft that I love so much and enjoy the 91 F in the pool!!!!  I can't wait!  So glad it's finally warming up!
