OMG OMG OMG I've got a DATE!

Longtime lurker here! I've been working on getting all my ducks in a row since late 2006. My surgery date has been set, although I don't yet have insurance approval. The office manager, Paula, seems to think that things should go pretty smoothly. I have Priority Health HMO as primary and Highmark BCBS PPO as secondary. I'm so excited! I cried when I got home from the doctor's office. I can't believe my RNY is finally going to happen... I don't think I'll hold my breath til I get approval lol I've learned a lot here--I just want to thank everyone for helping, whether you knew it or not!!

I got excited just reading your post!  I've been working on this since2006 as well and I'm so close.  Just a psych eval and an endoscopy then I have everything finished.  Just wait for paperwork after that.  It's so agonizing.  I'm so happy for you!  Can't wait to watch your journey!
