Morning already?? oh man... today we are washing and waxing my hubbys aunts car.  She is 74 and is alone, so it gives her company and someone to talk to, but she calls all the time and then recalls because she forgot what she talked about the first time,..it goes on all day.  One phone call will lead to about 5, sometimes more...... That is it for today.   Hope yous guys have a good weekend.....

Hey all, well, looks like I dont have a sitter for me to go to the OH event.  so, its scrubbing the pool and getting it opened today.  i was really hoping to come home and it was done.  no such luck.  i hope the rain subsides soon. take care today! edit: oh yeah, no POD.... waaaaaaaa!  i want my bed!

When you're soaking up the rays in your pool all summer, you won't miss the OH event!  LOL!  I think I need to scrub the walls of my pool, too, now that you asked me about it the other day...LOL!  Gee, thanks. 

Good morning Michigan! Looks to be a nice day eh? My morning coffee is low fat milk. COLD, almost freezing cold. It goes down so good first thing in the AM.  After 8 weeks of poor sleep and pain from rheumatoid arthritis I have found my new best friend called prednisone. After taking one of those little white tabs I am almost inflammation and pain free. One huge drawback though is it can cause weight gain. So which is worse? For now I will enjoy being pain free and able to sleep. Weight regain worry will just have to wait.  See ya' around as I am off to mow my lawn and catch up on the housework I had to let slip due to these health issues.  Enjoy the day! 

Not everyone gains weight while taking predinsone though.... Hopefully you wont.  My hubby took it for a while and no weight gain on him.... So... here's hoping... but I would rather be pain free :)   My best to you!

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!! That is encouraging as pain free is definitely better. On a side note.. I love Brownstown. Had never been there until a few years ago when my country kid decided she wanted to try the "big city" and took a job at Hockey Town. She rented a small apt. in Brownstown. Very cute. She is now married and living in Lincon Pk. Now if only mom could afford a waterfront duplex in Wyandotte.. Ahhhh we all have dreams don't we??

Its funny, because I am from the Chesaning area (burt actually) and only been to Duran once maybe twice, and thought that was a cute town, and now I am living in this area and don't know a whole lot about it but everyone I meet has said something nice about Brownstown.... I like it, we live in Casa San Marino. They are quite and very close to 75 and shopping is great--however there are 3 brownstowns, 1 is near gibralter, 1 is near taylor and the other is brownstown townsip... but all are close to each other but have another smaller city separating them..its odd A waterfront duplex in Wyandotte?  Look at Trenton instead.... They are BEAUTIFUL! (its the town attached to the brownstown that we live in) and they are so nice there... right next to a huge park, on the river... so pretty...  We aren't far from Lincoln Park either.   Hope your "country kid" is doing good... (I'm a country kid myself... :)  )
